McPherson IB World School takes great pride in its vibrant and diverse student body, reflecting a rich tapestry of cultures and backgrounds.
Our community is composed of students from various ethnicities, with 5% Asian, 8% Black, 44% Hispanic, 36% White, and 7% representing other ethnicities (CPS, 2025). Furthermore, our school's demographic makeup reflects the diverse backgrounds and circumstances of our students. Approximately 40% of our students come from low-income households, 23% are classified as diverse learners, and 29% have limited English proficiency.
